There's a Place for You in the Wildflower Community

For Community Members and Parents

Every Wildflower School reflects the voices and values of its neighborhood. Community members bring deep insight, relationships, and lived experience to the table—essential ingredients for building a school that truly belongs. You might join a founding board, host a conversation, lend your professional skills, or simply help spread the word. However you choose to be involved, you’re helping create something that will benefit families for generations to come.

What Is a Wildflower School?

Wildflower Schools are intentionally small, teacher-led Montessori schools designed to reflect the needs, cultures, and values of the communities they serve. Every school is unique, but all are united by a belief in beautiful learning environments, equity, and local ownership.

Founded by educators and supported by neighbors, families, and community leaders, Wildflower Schools are part of a growing national network of micro-schools reimagining what education can be.
