Charter Design and Finance Coach (Contractor)
Salary Range: $135–$165 per hour
Location: Remote Flexible within the United States
The Wildflower Foundation is seeking an experienced and visionary Charter Designer and Finance Coach (Contractor) to lead and support the development of new Wildflower Montessori Charter Schools across multiple regions. This role will directly advance the goals of a five-year federal CMO Replication & Expansion Grant by designing, guiding, and supporting the launch of seven new charter schools and one expansion, ultimately serving more than 1,200 students, the majority of whom identify as BIPOC.
