Senior Accountant
Hours: 75%-time role but are open to exploring full- or 50%- employment for the right candidate
Location: Remote Flexible within the United States
We are seeking a seasoned accountant with both nonprofit/federal experience to help ensure our financial integrity and compliance. Our regular operations include the day-to-day financial management of The Wildflower Foundation, along with the oversight of two loan funds (including a CDFI). Additionally, we incubate new ideas through providing fiscal sponsorships to organizations such as the Black Wildflower Fund. We are also the recipient of a large federal grant (the Charter Management Organization Replication Grant).
Events Coordinator (Part-Time)
Circle: Wildflower Marketing and Communications
Hours: 16 hours per week
Location: Remote Flexible within the United States
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Wildflower Events Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the visibility of Wildflower at various events by maintaining a comprehensive database of potential events, developing an annual budget and plan, informing the network and partners of proposal submission deadlines, strategically managing participation across diverse stakeholders, ensuring detailed event management to guarantee the success of brand assets and attendees on-site, and aggregating and sharing lead information with online marketing counterpart.
