Northern Nevada Wildflower Montessori School, a charter school in the Reno/Sparks area, will open in August 2026. We will serve students from Pre-K3 through 3rd grade initially, expanding to 6th grade, offering a high-quality education that combines strong academic outcomes with the principles of authentic Montessori.

We seek a collaborative Administrative Partner, licensed or eligible as a school administrator, to work alongside teacher leaders in a nonhierarchical model, ensuring compliance and contributing to shared decision-making. As the Founding Charter Admin Partner, you will develop and operationalize the charter school’s operations, governance, and administrative support for Northern Nevada Wildflower Montessori (NNWM), in collaboration with Teacher Leaders and the Board of Directors.

As a Founding Teacher Leader at Wildflower Schools, you will design, lead, and teach at a new primary/lower elementary charter school site in Albuquerque or the Permian Basin, New Mexico (Hobbs, Carlsbad, Roswell, or Artesia), in partnership with other Teacher Leaders and in collaboration with the Administrative Partner and other charter-wide support roles. Over the course of a 2-year School Startup Journey, which includes the development and approval of a new Wildflower charter application, proposed school founders will engage in a phased process that will ultimately prepare them to design, launch, and operate a new Wildflower public school, the first of its kind in New Mexico.

Blazing Stars Montessori School is currently seeking a Teacher Leader (Co-Head of School) who will co‐teach in a Montessori classroom (ages 3–12) while also serving on the administrative team of our start‐up non‐profit. This is a five‐year minimum commitment, ideal for an entrepreneurial educator driven by continuous learning, whole‐child development, and community advocacy. The ideal candidate should be comfortable guiding students in the Montessori pedagogy with an experience in and/or thirst to delve into enrollment, marketing, finance, and administration systems that fuel our next stage of growth.

As a Founding Teacher Leader at Wildflower Montessori Public Schools of Colorado (WMPSC), you will design, lead, and teach at a new primary/lower elementary charter school site in the Grand Valley (Mesa County School District 51) or Aurora (Aurora Public Schools District), in partnership with other Teacher Leaders and in collaboration with the Shared Services Partner and other charter-wide support roles. Your site will be one of multiple interdependent micro-sites under an existing charter contract in Grand Valley or Aurora, and will be part of a larger statewide charter network. WMPSC Teacher Leaders report to the Board of Directors. Each site will launch with two co-teachers that collectively design and oversee their Montessori school with support from the broader Wildflower Schools network.

Ọna Anosike is working on founding a Wildflower Schools program for children ages 3 to 6, with the possibility of growing and serving students from 3-12 in Cambridge, MA. She is seeking an experienced Montessori Guide who would co-found and co-lead the school.

As a Teacher Leader at a Wildflower School, you will co-found your own public charter micro-school with a partner of your choice. You’ll have the dual role of educator and administrator, which involves direct classroom instruction coupled with leadership responsibilities such as curriculum development, staff coordination, and community engagement.

Schools joining an existing charter can open in about 12 months, which includes time to define your school's vision, secure a facility, and obtain funding. If a new charter application is required before opening a school, the process may take an additional 12 months to complete.
