Where do you live? Berlin, New Jersey on Lenapehoking (Lenni-Lenape) land

What experiences do you have in educational settings (Montessori or other)?

I realized in my first month of teaching that teaching was not my calling, but I loved tending to families, the operations of a school, and the broader social influences that affect schools and children. I have worked in education philanthropy, supported the launch of new schools in Washington, D.C. and Indianapolis, and managed the day-to-day operations of a school.

What do you love about being an Operations Guide?

It is deeply gratifying and humbling to be welcomed into someone’s dream for themselves and their community. Starting a school is, to me, one of the boldest ways to declare the future of possibility and equity that we want to live in. I love walking this road with Teacher Leaders to deliver on their dream and declaration.

What drew you to Wildflower?

I’ve been tangential to Wildflower for a while, and the way people in this community authentically live the Wildflower values has always been refreshing and personally inspiring to engage with. I love change, and this is a place where evolution and growth are cherished and practiced.

Fun fact: I am currently studying and training to become a therapist!
