Kanetria Doolin

Where do you live? Texas

What experiences do you have in educational settings (Montessori or other)?

I’ve worked in early childhood education in many different roles from teacher’s assistant to Head of School. Along the way, I fell in love with Montessori and the way it honors each child’s unique path, and I’ve enjoyed helping create spaces where children and teachers thrive.

What do you love about being an Operations Guide?

I love working alongside Teacher Leaders and helping their visions take shape. My favorite part is supporting them so they can focus on the children and the heart of Montessori.

What drew you to Wildflower?

I was drawn to Wildflower’s commitment to community, equity, and authentic Montessori practice.

What is your favorite Montessori material and why?

The Pink Tower. It’s simple, beautiful, and invites children to explore order, focus, and confidence.

Fun fact: I love plants and creative projects.
